Azaire Networks Selects IntelliNet's Accelero™ DIAMETER for Integration into Next Generation IP Converged Network Platform (IP-CNP)

Enhanced Fixed Mobile Convergence Platform Enables Service Providers to Extend Their Service Footprint Seamlessly Across the IP Network

MELBOURNE, FL - (April 6, 2006) – IntelliNet Technologies, a leading provider of convergence technology for wireless, wireline and IP networks today announced that Azaire Networks Inc., the leading provider of Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) solutions with the largest number of installed platforms worldwide, has selected the Accelero™ DIAMETER for use in its FMC and IP-Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) product offerings. The addition of Accelero™ DIAMETER will provide the signaling, charging and policy management necessary for service providers to extend multimedia services across any IP access network.

Accelero™ DIAMETER is a rapid application software development platform designed for creating core IMS network elements or seamlessly porting legacy applications over to the IMS architecture. This enhanced version incorporates carrier-grade reliability, fault-tolerant redundancy and interface extensions critical for subscriber access, service roaming and billing functions. The easy-to-use application programmable interfaces (API's) significantly cut development time by providing the mechanism needed to generate new or vendor specific attribute value pairs (AVP) and commands for building high availability applications.

"Fixed mobile convergence is gaining momentum and our mission is to help our service provider partners offer new voice, data and multimedia services that increase revenue and provide their subscribers with an Always Best Connected experience," said Zaheer Allam, VP Engineering for Azaire Networks. "IntelliNet's DIAMETER with our IP-CNP can help us achieve this goal by providing equipment companies with several choices for implementation and offering a complete developmental framework that significantly reduces time-to-market."

Azaire Networks' core product, the IP Converged Network Platform, enables service providers to offer mobile broadband services through the creation of hybrid networks. Hybrid networks integrate wide area cellular and IP access networks (such as Wi-Fi and WiMAX), allowing operators to extend their 2.5G/3G footprints quickly and cost effectively. Service providers are able to offer new voice, data and multimedia services that increase ARPU, while business users and consumers receive the broadband services they desire on the best available network.

"Azaire Networks exemplifies the increased importance equipment vendors are placing on IP convergence technologies," said Anjan Ghosal, president and CEO of IntelliNet Technologies. "The combination of Accelero™ DIAMETER with a highly experienced support team provides an affordable migration path towards IMS while simultaneously protecting current investments."
