IntelliNet and Location Technology

IntelliNet has been involved with mobile location programs from the beginning. For the earliest E-911 Phase 1 systems in the US, we have helped leading location infrastructure OEM’s develop the Gateway Mobile Location Center (GMLC), the Mobile Positioning Center (MPC) and the Position Determination Equipment (PDE) for ANSI networks. These solutions were built on IntelliNet’s highly reliable, carrier-grade Accelero™ Application Development Platform which has all of the control plane signaling stacks fully integrated to enable communication with existing MSC’s, BSC’s, HLR’s, PDE’s and other core network equipment.
 
For User Plane location systems, IntelliNet provides a fully compliant SUPL protocol stack and has assisted customers with requirements analysis, architecture, development and systems integration for the SUPL Location Platform (SLP).
